1. Identify play behaviour
The Gambling Analytics works in the background to create a near real-time risk profile from transaction data such as time and money spend. Combine with the self assessment test GamTest to get the best, most reliable results and to add more detail to the overall risk analyses.
3. Call to action
The PTS can be set to show a variety of messages to the players, depending on their risk level. The various calls to actions nudges the players to reflect on and make healthy choices around their gambling.
2. Communicate with customers
The player tracking system notifies the operator when a player shows signs of problematic gambling behaviour. This enables them to take further steps with that player, for instance through email, inbox messaging or by suggesting other responsible gambling measures.
4. Follow up
The player tracking system gives the operators the opportunity to follow up on your players gambling behaviour, and evaluate the message that you have taken. It’s also a good tool to monitor individual players gambling habits, and the overall health of your player population.
