Preventor is built on a modern, scalable architecture that offers both on-premise and cloud hosting options.
Preventor uses real-time transfer of gambling data, enabling immediate analytics and timely player interventions.
Risk profiling
Preventor generates precise risk profiles by combining objective gambling data with players’ own perceptions of how gambling affects them.
Risk categorisation and segmentation: Players are classified into low-risk, medium-risk, and high-risk categories.
Multi-factor analytics: Combines gambling data and self-assessment results to create a comprehensive risk score. Even if only one type of data is available, Preventor still generates a risk profile.
Detailed insights: Provides an overall risk level along with sub-categories, offering a clear and comprehensive overview of the risk indicators, with each indicator’s risk level displayed from green to red.
Data delivery: Risk profile data is accessible through the operator’s web front end, marketing systems, and customer support, enabling effective player communication, targeted marketing, and regulatory reporting.

Preventor offers a library of customisable interactions, tailored to fit different environments and jurisdictions, using familiar channels like on-site messaging and email to engage with players.
The built-in API enables the operator to provide risk analysis information and tailor the user experience across platforms by delivering relevant information when players are most receptive, adjusting game features, and promoting responsible gambling resources.
Data transfer to gambling operators
Get data for reporting, risk assessments, KYC, AML, and other regulatory or internal policy requirements.
When changes occur in a risk analysis, data is pushed to the operator for reporting, statistics, and monitoring purposes. This data includes information about tool interactions, self assessments, interventions, and other relevant metrics.
The tool offers a Back-Office interface where appointed system managers and users can access data and reports on demand. Data transfer is conducted via a messaging queue using the standardised AMQP protocol and JSON format.

All personal data is encrypted and securely stored within the GDPR-compliant software.
