We don’t want to resort to calling GamTest a Swiss army knife—a multi-purpose tool where none of the built-in tools are the best for their respective jobs (sorry all Swiss army knife fans). Because although GamTest can be used in many different ways, it truly performs its job really well. This has been proven in research studies and is evident in user reviews.

📍Profiling

Use your customer data (such as high consumption or high stakes) to decide which customer to offer GamTest. Make it mandatory for high risk players, and present it as an option to your entire player base to get them interested in their own gambling behaviour. With GamTest+, the results will be saved and present you with a reliable and individual risk profile for each player. Use the risk profiles to report to regulatory authorities, to segment your marketing, and to customise your player communication. GamTest will ensure a significantly more precise segmentation than if you rely solely on gambling data.

📍Duty of Care Calls

Authorities are putting increased demands on operators to perform interventions for their high-risk players, such as conducting Duty of Care Calls. Segmenting and reaching out to players is a both costly and knowledge requiring process. By using GamTest to support you in deciding which players to contact you not only avoid contacting players that can afford spending large sums of money on gambling; you’re also minimising the risk of overlooking players that seem to be playing at a sustainable level with you, but whose overall gambling brings them severe negative consequences.

📍Relieve pressure on customer service agents

Deciding whether customers that are unhappy or acting out do it because they are experiencing gambling problems is not easy. The threshold to talk to strangers about one’s gambling habits is usually high. A work-around that benefits both player and customer service agent is to offer the player GamTest. It gives the player access to a simple intervention that will make them think about their gambling behaviour, while also giving them access to the RG tools and recommendations that you offer. The RG tools that are presented to the player are based on the test results.
